The CCS is fantastic! Patient, understanding, informative, very helpful, supportive, caring, kind, honest, and respectful.
They give great advice, and many educational options for budgeting for your future. They are always there for help when you need it.

I have only interacted with one person really, but if she is representive of their employees, then they are a good bunch. Jian is so helpful and has such a positive attitude. I had trouble asking for help at first but when I finally bit the bullet and called, I found myself wondering why I had been so nervous to do it. Now I have an achievable payment plan, and a wonderful counsellor to cheer me on and support me while I execute it!

Very professional service! At the end of the first meeting, my anxiety level had dropped considerably, as I was given enough information to see a way out of the difficulty I had placed myself in. In addition, the counselor was very personable, professional, and caring. I would recommend anyone facing difficult financial times to seek out this service. You will be treated with compassion and understanding, without any judgement.

The support of the counsellors and staff at the New Westminster Office helped us to keep on track and become debt free. Luckily we were well into the program before COVID struck and the cost of things like groceries became a challenge. We had already learned how to make better choices budgeting and while shopping which has been a great help. Thank you to Tim and the numerous others who have been with us on this journey.

I cannot recommend these guys enough. A few years ago I was struggling and having two debtors chasing me for payments I was having a hard time paying, from taking out loans a year or so before hand (lesson learned). I lost my job and was stressed once I returned to work on figuring out how to pay off what I owed. Upon research and looking up ways, I found these guys. They were understanding, and helped so much. Even with one debtor who was not responding to our proposal, we got them on ny plan. The amount I paid monthly was manageable and I even managed to stick with it through COVID. They set me up with classes, that taught me a lot and honestly the last few years have been looking up for me. Happy to report as of today $5900 of debt has been paid off in just over 3 years. Thank you so much for everyone who helped me here. I am so thankful I found you.
