From the first time I walk in the door I felt welcomed. I was assigned with a credit advisor named Mike and he made the whole process easy and manageable. With his coaching and advice I was able to get out of debt, increase my credit score and build up a savings account.

I fully recommend this service to anyone that is stressed out about bills, creditors and debts piling up. It was easy to manage and Mike was there to work with me. Anytime I had an issue or needed to adjust a payment, he was right there to help.

Our advisor Cathy was of great help and understanding. Even though we had called later in the afternoon close to closing time. She took the time to explain what she was able to do for us. I highly recommend everyone to come to them for assistance in debt relief or any kind of financial advise. They are amazing and very personable. I honestly can’t stress how amazing Credit Canada is. I’ve had a couple slip ups during my program but with that said, everyone - from the admins to the credit counsellors to even the trustees they refer out to - have been nothing but fantastic. They don’t judge, they listen, setting up appointments is quick and painless, and they’re incredibly resourceful to help you get back on track as quickly as possible.
