This is an absolute garbage company. They are only profit-seeking, sacrificing the interests of their customers for the sake of their company's petty profits. When we collected the debt about $2000, the debtor was only willing to pay $1,000 , our company did not agree, so we entrusted Credex to collect the debt. We told Credex(Laura) that that our company did not accept the objected to $1,000, but Laura accepted $1,000, causing our company to lose more money a lot. If we accept $1000, it is impossible to entrust Credex to collect it again. Credex is absolute garbage!

I enjoyed my experience with Marie Mathison curiously I am impressed. Generally Credit Companies often hire serious people, no emotion which complicates the exchange between them and us. But here, Mrs. Mathison to play an important role in the file of 87208. his professionalism is incredible. I'm really lucky to have done business with her.
Everything is developed in peace. It's a shame that I'm at my pension, I would have hired her! People like Mrs Mathison is wanted and I wish you Marie a lot of good things, as you deserve

STAY AWAY DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION OR DETAILS THEY WILL LOOK INTO YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA. Giving them a 1 star is more then generous. I have been getting phone callsto settle an outstanding loan and spoke with a extremely rude lady and that was very condescending. They laughed about how my credit will be ruined. Very unprofessional. I am glad I did not give my credit card information as doing research this looks like a SCAM !!!

Credex Financial has been providing our small business with debt recovery now for over 19 years. They have always been professional when resolving the consumer inquiries and in our business relations. Debt recovery is a hard aspect of business and especially for small businesses these are sources of revenue that would be a loss for us otherwise.We appreciate their hard efforts in recovering our losses and also helping those consumers who have run into a mishap resolve their accounts with as minimal of an impact on their files as possible.

Got a call from Sandra was rude and condensing over a simple miss-understanding. Proceeded to threaten me. By sending derogatory information to others about me. Also called my work number to threaten and harass me.
