These guys have great customer service! I've been with them since I started driving, but it wasn't until I was buying a used vehicle that I truly appreciated their customer service. Dianne not only answered all my questions, but provided me with a range of options and helped me determine how to stay close to my budget, without sacrificing elements of my insurance. Under a time crunch to transfer the ownership, Dianne stayed late in the office to ensure I could send her the paperwork, so I could get my insurance. This allowed me to get my vehicle before the weekend! I've always loved the concept of working with Brokers, but this customer service has solidified this. Simply awesome.

I just signed up today. I bought a new car and other companies said I couldn't be insured to take my car off the lot for almost 2 weeks. I also got multiple online quotes and as a new driver was given mostly 5 or 6 hundred dollar quotes. Jessica got me full coverage for a very reasonable rate and I'll be insured to get my new suv off the lot tomorrow. I'm very happy with the service. My grandma and grandpa stood by and trusted this broker for many, many years. I feel very happy with this decision.

Edit: I've now been with Crawford and Danyluk almost 8 months. I had a hit and run happen to my car while it was parked in a mall lot, days before I was to trade it in for a newer vehicle. Jessica and Intact together made my repair and trade-in so smooth. I was able to get the body shop at the new dealership approved for the repair and was able to take my new vehicle sooner instead of needing a rental. Honestly so pleased.
