Was very please with the service I got from Ann Sulaiman. I had forgotten to remove a vehicle from my account for about a year. But Ann went the extra mile to request for a proof of bill of sale and was able to refund me the $814 that I had paid for insurance for a vehicle I no longer owned. She made it easy and at no point was she difficult to me about it

Jamie has provided exceptional service to me. I was in an accident; it was only damage to my car and not me. Jamie put me in contact with the adjuster right away and kept in contact with me to ensure the process went smoothly and quickly. I bought a new vehicle Saturday evening and emailed Jamie the pertinent info; she sent me my new proof of insurance at 9AM Monday morning. She is personable, friendly and efficient. My home and car insurance have been through Cornerstone for the last six years and I will continue to be a client for many years to come.
