So my dad was a customer for many years, just found out they use the company that gives them the most commission instead of finding him a cheapest most reasonable company. They take an advantage of people who doesn’t speak English as well as give them the highest possible quote that companies offer and shows them the other prices so it looks like they found the best deal for them.
If you are considering to get insurance or your parents use these guys, please reconsider and do some research before you sign any contract.

If you're looking for an insurance broker, I highly recommend Julie (Jooeun) Jung! I've been with Julie for a few years for my auto and home insurance, and she has consistently provided incredible customer service, with competitive rates on my insurance needs. Julie is extremely knowledgeable and has always been v. professional, friendly, and responsive to any questions. I bought a used car and needed insurance to pick it up (as required by law). I tried going direct to the insurance company but had some issues validating my insurance history (with that same company). CoreService Insurance Brokers in Concord had no issues validating it. It was Friday, about 2pm, and Vanessa Sim (who is a champ), helped me to finish the paperwork and secured the insurance I needed so that I could pick up my new (used) car the next day! She stayed well after the end-of-day and stayed in touch with me and talked me through the paperwork (this was all done remotely). Vanessa even got me a great rate (hundreds of dollars cheaper per year than going direct, and no tracker monitoring my driving!). I got a great auto insurance policy for an amazing price and had the insurance pink slip on the same day I introduced myself. I can see myself to continue using CoreService Insurance Brokers for my insurance needs in the future.
