Disgusting service and maintenance and the behavior of representative was so rude and disrespectful she and I was simply turned away. Despite having available time and no other customers, I was told they couldn’t accept me without an appointment. The employee was visibly displeased with our arrival—it was written all over her face. I feel insulted and humiliated by such treatment. This is absolutely unacceptable, and I can’t believe customers are treated this way. I never expected to have such a horrible experience at your service she behaved like she owned the company and didn’t know how to behave with customers

I have always considered this a great company where I am insured, make purchases at your stores, refuel my car at your gas stations, and use your car washes. But such disgusting service is only at this particular location.

TANVEER KAUR here is very rude advisor. I went to her for insurance she did not even bothered to ask me to sit down she just gave me quote based on my last year conversation with someone. As soon as i said this is too much her reply was OK SORRY HAVE A GOOD DAY. She is the worse employee here to deal with.

Hi,
Today I visited the co-operative office regarding my life insurance activation concerns. I spoke to the receptionist, who informed me that the appropriate person was on vacation and that they would contact me once they returned. Later, another staff member joined us, and when my friend raised the issue of the long delay in activating my life insurance, the staff member responded very rudely and irresponsibly, displaying poor customer service skills. She answered aggressively, which is not the proper way to speak with customers. If there were an option to give zero stars, I would definitely do that.
