I had insurance through Aviva previously and was under my parents for the longest time, had a super negative experience with Aviva so I was determined to switch providers when I bought a new car. I called many places and most of them were not very inclined to provide exceptional service like this one.

With the help of Kan and Taylor, I built out a customized insurance bundle that made sense for me and my needs! They're so experienced and made the entire process a BREEZE. They are very patient with me and my million questions because this is the first time I'm buying insurance on my own. They provided me with lots of different options to choose from and the rate is so much cheaper than anything else I've come across.

Frustrated with Co-operators Insurance!

It's been over four weeks since I filed a claim with Co-operators Insurance, and I'm still waiting for a resolution. Despite repeated promises of updates within 72 hours, then 1-2 weeks, and finally 2-4 weeks, I have heard nothing.

I've reached out to my claim representative, Prabh, multiple times with no response to my calls or emails. This lack of communication and poor service is incredibly frustrating and has seriously disrupted my daily life.

I’m extremely disappointed and feel ignored. If Co-operators doesn’t address this soon, I’ll have to explore other options to resolve this.

Anyone else facing similar issues? Any advice would be appreciated!
