For the most part great group of people but If you do deal with coopperators STAY AWAY from centerPointe location. Personal dealings with Jessica and Ryan, not honest, confrontational, definitely do not look out for their customers. Gail, Jim , and Jeffrey on the other hand never a complaint, they are the reason went with cooperators in the first place. However as a company does not does not look out for their customers. For example going with coopperators even with a spotless drivers record no tickets, no at fault accidents gets you yearly raised premiums based on " the cooperators being a small company with to many claims" they have to make that up buy reaching in our pockets.

If that office wants to improve they need training on customer service.
