I recently visited this location (with a scheduled appointment )to get a quote for home and auto insurance, but my experience was disappointing. The customer service team was unprofessional and unhelpful, and I was ultimately turned away without any assistance.

Scammmm!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had an insurance quote done for my Honda atc200m. They took all my info everything except my sin # enough to destroy a life either way.
They provided me a quote for atv insurance and it had an amount on it my bikes model make and type and purpose of use ect. All of the info was 100%. I have 3 friends who's names I won't mention that have there atcs insured thru them and I provided that info to them aswell. Again I provided all information correctly make, model, year type of bike insurance needed ect. So I provided all my info as they said all I needed to do was this and pay for the quote I have a copy I can provide and post on my review if requested.

Now they ignore my messages, won't respond to phone calls and have taken a beyond inappropriate amount of personal information. Yet still won't respond. It's 100% illegal for you to insure my friends with the same bikes, provide me with a quote then ignore me the second it comes to pay for the policy.
It's a form of discrimination and for all I know the adjuster I used Tyler has taken my personal info for his own gain.
I will be writing a review every month until this is fixed and you have provided me with the quoted insurance. And proof my info is not being used falsely.

I don't want to hear a nonsense excuse we don't insure 3 wheeled ATVs as I have 2 friends that got there policy's 2 months ago and one who has a 5 year long policy
from the cooperators.
