Really unprofessional auto insurance brokers, they ran a credit check on me and then told me my car is too old and needs a mechanic inspection that is 200$ so they can approve my auto insurance quote.

No manager or supervisor cared to call me back after I was asking to speak to one.

What a shame.

I personally would not recommend it to anyone.

Also the reviews speak for themselves along with the rating.

I don’t recommend this company and this office service it’s whole 2 week line for buy insurance 😂😂😂 if you need buy insurance better choose another company it’s recommended front desk person 😂 I went this office 2 days and they don’t find no one free agent for sale me insurance 👍

I do not recommend, the situation is as follows: in January we got into an accident, the insurance payment was processed promptly, but subsequently problems began to arise with the assigned employee Catherine Fraser, who has not been in touch for 3 months to subsequently support the repair of the car.

We have been dealing with Wesley for almost 10 years now.

We have insured all of our businesses and assets through him. Because of the service and care we have received from Wesley and his team; we don’t even price shop anywhere else anymore. We just go straight to him. You get what you pay for and it is worth every penny.

He has been with us through 2 natural disasters within 5 years; the fire after 8 months of opening a brand new store, then flood 4 years later with our other 2 businesses.

We are very lucky that he guided us properly with making sure we had the right coverages in place.

During Covid we were looking to see if we could reduce costs since everything slowed down and we’re thinking of taking some coverages out. He explained to us that we should properly keep certain coverages. Luckily we listened to him because we would have been in really big trouble if we did!

God forbid anyone go through what we did! But luckily everything worked out at then end. He was able to get us flood insurance when other providers refused to.
