Amazing Insurance to say the least, I was recommended to see Bonnie and she was absolutely amazing! I have been a very long time client of Jael's and the team at Northstar Insurance Group. I have always had my expectations met or exceeded with every dealing I have had. They are always quick to respond, and take care of my needs. They take the time to explain my coverage and making sure I have what I need. I want to give a shout out to Melissa Campbell ! I was in the midst of purchasing a new vehicle but was not going to sign papers until later in the evening. She told me to send the documents when I had them and would provide the Insurance later that evening from home. This is someone who goes the extra mile.

Do not get your auto policies here. This company is a joke. I canceled 3 policies here in writing and they continue to withdraw money from my account. The date is April 11 the policies were canceled Feb 28. I seem to be still paying. I asked for the district managers phone number and the staff member Connie promptly hung up on me.

They have been my insurance company for 15 years now ,and iam claims free etc but i had a bump in the road of life here recently and i couldn't pay my insurance on time the past 2 mths so they want the rest paid up front when i am already struggling to make ends meet plus no one can tell me where my vehicle disappeared too and its been gone for about 3 weeks now
