Was a client for over 15 years. Cancelled my policy because their prices became too much. They became very indignant after that. I'm sure they will disagree wth me on this. They also then stole money out of my account after my policy ended. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere

Wednesday must be exceptionally busy at the office. I waited 40 minutes this morning to talk with someone about insurance. Had to call back this afternoon and gave up after 50 minutes. Not impressed.

Extremely hard to get ahold of considering it's a small town. I like to deal in a small town and I always get some answering service. Would be nice to have clarification as to why we can't talk a local rep. Disappointed really.
