I have been with Cooperators under my spouses name Kyle H, specifically this location, for over 10 years... They will not call you and CLOSE claims without communication. Paying over $600 for home, and auto is NOT worth it. So now we OWE a rental company (enterprise) DUE to not being informed of anything. They made this process so much more difficult then it had to be, we also have to now find a vehicle without being paid out by Insurance......With that being said, yes you will be missing our monthly payments as we are not happy with the professionalism and timely manner stuff - no one is also answering us.
