Co-operators has been our insurance agent for the past 14 years ~ they have met all of our needs and I highly recommend them. If you can avoid going here, please do!
My mother in law sold her house, and went here to cancel her policy, and was completely insulted and humiliated by one of the employees.
She was even told that if she canceled, she would get a negative credit score.
After being told that the house was sold, the representative continued to scold her about canceling.
This is no way to treat anyone, and even worst, a senior.
Horrible service, and I'm not impressed!!

I'm no longer with Co-operators, but when I was with them I had a great time with this specific branch. They answered questions and completed requests in a timely manner.
