I will absolutely not ever use their services again. I went through really hard times with them. They were very forceful upon things like having my roof replaced in the middle of winter or they'll cancel my insurance. Which at the same time they were trying to push their own contractor on me saying that they can fix it in the middle of winter. That was all solved through their head office and not through this office. I requested to have the representative never touched my account again in which they did over and over again. I also agree with some of the other comments that they do not care about the cost coming to you and I'm very glad I never had to actually put a claim through them because I fear that it would not have gone well at all and would have cost me even more money than I've already inputed.

If you're looking for insurance go elsewhere. I've already been able to find my insurance for half the price to what I was paying this office.

Our car insurance premiums have consistently risen over the years since being with Co-Operators, despite clear driving records and now in the midst of a pandemic with -80% driving, yet another rate hike. We received an outrageous quote to add home insurance, offering insufficient bundle discounts, long wait times, and less than average customer service....no loyalty benefits here! We're happily going to a competitor for a 30% rate reduction + bundle discounts and very friendly service.

Companies like this act like their customers have no other options and prey on people who either don't care or can't be bothered to look at other options/products. Good luck to them!

I have multiple insurance policies with Josee Brisson insurance. I called to get a letter of experience for a specific year. I spoke to an Agent named Natalie . I found it suprising she couldn't get my document to me during our phone call. They are my broker. After calling me back and telling me she can't give me what I am looking for , I simply explained that I am allowed to ask for these as I am shopping for other insurance rates . You would think the broker is your middle man and there to assist you with all your insurance needs. After getting nowhere with Natalie I asked to speak to a manager. She said the manager wasn't there and hung up before I got the chance to ask for her voice-mail. I've been with you since 2019 this is super unprofessional. I called direct got what I wanted in 10 min. From cooperstors Canada. I'm using a broker for
Service. She also threatened to put some details that weren't involved during the year I was asking for be very aware of this broker very unethical practices. All this to say on my renewal myself and my business will not be renewing with Josee Brisson. Thanks Natalie for opening my eyes .
