When my 20 year old son had an accident in Oshawa last December I contacted Jim who helped me connect with the claims centre who immediately jumped into action to arrange a tow truck and locate a repair centre. Being so far away from the accident was nerve wracking but Cooperators took care of all the details and made sure my son was safe and that vehicle got repaired in a timely fashion. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had. Over the course of one week, I had to deal with three different people, received a quote followed by a phone call from a very unprofessional and rude woman who told me that the previous agent Robert didn't do his job properly and the quote has changed to almost double the original one. In my 60 years old and I have never dealt with such chaotic and unprofessional place. Needless to say, I would not recommend them to anyone. If they can't get such simple task straight, can you imagine how they would handle the actual claim?!

Although you can probably find cheaper insurance, staff at the Rafferty Agency are tough to beat for their professionalism, responsiveness and personal touch. Highly recommended!
