Vanessa adjusted her schedule for mine. She was very professional and amazing over phone, (due to Covid restrictions, renewing your insurance is super easy). Vanessa patiently answered any questions I had, provided good information I was not aware of, sent attachments that will be super useful, and offers that Co-operators have for their clients. Currently Home Insurance for condo owners is super important. I am glad I went with Co-operators.

I had been with another home insurance provider for the last 12 yrs and had noticed that the premiums were on the rise even though I have never had a claim. I decided to bring my policy into Doug Brown at this location and within 24 hrs I had a follow up meeting with a new policy that gave me more coverage and believe it or not, it cost less than the previous policy.
