Excellent customer service with this location, I have been with them for 10 years. I have been with co- operators for several years and had to use them for a claim twice. I’m very happy with them and how fast they are to helping with a claim and getting you vehicle fix, getting you a vehicle to drive while yours is getting fix. I’m also happy with their insurance rates. I also have home insurance with them and have been very happy with that as well. I recommend going to the downtown branch.

I am in the process of buying new house so I have been calling different insurance companies and exploring the market. The operator was very rude and not helping at all. I would not recommend anyone to deal with them as the first impression was horrible. She was not nice at providing the quote wonder if you have ever got an claims with them

Good auto rates - tough to get a hold of someone due to covid in all fairness but they are pretty responsive with emails. The call center is an option with however be prepared to wait 45 minutes to an hour
