I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent interaction with Charlie Singh Insurance Agency in relation to a wrongful claim and the request for a Letter of Experience to resolve the issue.

Upon my initial inquiry, I reached out via email and followed up a few days later with a phone call. During this second contact, I had the pleasure of speaking with an agent named Sangeeta Ram. I found Ms. Ram to be highly professional, attentive, and responsive to my needs. Within just one business day of my contact with her, I received the Letter of Experience I required.

I would like to commend Ms. Ram for her efficient assistance in this matter. Contrary to some online reviews, I found her to be neither rude nor unprofessional at any point during our interactions. On the contrary, she demonstrated exceptional customer service and professionalism throughout our communication.

Very bad experience. Charlie was so rude on the phone, wouldn’t listen to what I was saying and constantly cut me off. When I asked for more details, he just refused to provide those. It was so bad that I had to request to talk to someone else in his office since I needed those details. Save your money and sanity, there are tons of insurance agents out there.

Their Service is extremely poor , Unprofessional ,untrained and Staff they have are very rude. Specially there is one untrained employee "Sangeeta " ,she is very rude and a such unprofessional employee working there, She showed weird attitude to me when I requested her to assist me for Auto Insurance renewal. In addition , they would never reply you email or call you back even after waiting for long time.Moreover, Mr.Charlie agent ,the head of this branch would argue with you in rude tone instead of resolving queries and complains.They have extremely horrible Service.

I was with Mr. Charlie Singh for 5 years from we first purchased our house, we had the co operators, due to resiging there was some concerns, that came up and they could no longer assist us. I was frustrated, anger and upset. I did a bad review. A year has past and we were starting all over again looking for home insurance, None that we found was offering a good price, my husband suggested that we call back the co operators. Thank God I did. I talked with Jassi who I remember from previous interactions he was Great, He also remembered me as a client. He was pleasant, Kind, and did not make me feel bad for leaving he welcomed us back with open arms (joke)
He made us feel not just like a client but like family. I will recommend them to anyone..
