Autumn has renewed my insurance a few times and is very helpful and knowledgeable. Jessica has also worked with my daughter on opening a TFSA and answered all our questions with patience and never made her feel silly for not knowing something. I also appreciate the safety protocols they have in place for Covid. The office was clean and everyone wore a mask.

Staff are great. Barb went out of her way (literally) to make sure I had the correct forms ready and make sure I felt safe visiting the office during the pandemic. I will never go anywhere else for my insurance needs. I've been with them for over 20 years now.

I was happy with their service today. Some of the staff stayed longer to help me out with an issue and they didn't even look upset about it (maybe they were but at least they were nice to me). The lady who was helping me was funny and kept making jokes and that made the whole process of dealing with ICBC less painful. Thank you!

I asked for estimate for insurance awhile back. Now I need an updated "estimate" or "quote". This should be SIMPLE as none of the previous "details" have changed. Everyone knows what the word "estimate" means. Such slow response. Constantly asking for more and more information when they had enough information to update the quote from before. Taking my business elsewhere.
