In a world where people can get insurance coverage at the click of a mouse, the personal, professional and timely service that is given by Blain King and his staff is refreshing. Blain and his staff have patiently walked me through the change-over process, answered every question I've had, and tailored my policy dates to meet my needs. It is nice to have a national company with a community-sized heart that is concerned about their individual customers, not a bottom line.

While I still have reservations about the quality of service I’ve received historically, I must credit them with making a sincere effort to address my concerns. Updating to 3-stars.
