I have had an extremely frustrating experience with Co-operation-Anders Insurance & Investment Company. From the very beginning, the customer service was lackluster at best. Every time I called, I was placed on hold for extended periods and then transferred to multiple representatives who were unable to provide any useful information or assistance.

When it came to filing a claim, the process was unnecessarily complicated and slow. I had to repeatedly submit the same documents, and each time I received a generic response asking for more information, despite having provided everything they requested. The whole process dragged on for months with no updates, and when my claim was finally processed, I was offered a settlement that was far lower than expected, with no clear explanation of how they arrived at that amount.

The lack of transparency, communication, and professionalism makes me question whether this company is truly committed to their clients. I regret choosing them for my insurance needs and would advise anyone considering this company to look elsewhere for more reliable and customer-focused coverage.
