By far one of the worst businesses that I have ever had to deal with. Absolutely no follow up with their clients what so ever- none. Worst thing that I could of ever done is get involved with this group. My daughter , who is in a similar business, was absolutely shocked at how I have been treated. There are a lot of other places to go, don’t go here unless you wish to waste your money and never hear from them. Your choice. They no longer handle my life insurance.
I was told it has gotten so bad that they hired Trina to get in and fix up the mess. Find somewhere else!!!!!

View Royal Out of School Care is a small non-profit childcare centre that provides before and after school care to school aged children. We also offer preschool to help prepare children to enter the school system. We were looking for improved service for our benefit members and were referred by our insurer to Integrated Benefit Solutions, an independent benefits specialist company in Victoria. They were very responsive and quickly arranged a meeting with me to review the benefits. They wanted to learn what worked, didn’t work or was missing with the objective to further customize, to ensure good value and to simplify administration. We were very happy to have an educational session on the benefits with the staff as well, and we also updated enrolments to better reflect their needs. It’s nice to be able to pick up the phone or email with any inquiry and have a prompt and knowledgeable response. I’m pleased to share my positive experience with anyone responsible for benefits in their organization who wishes to learn more.
