Banking with Conexus is fairly good with no issues, but their Mastercard is brutal. The terms and conditions are constantly changing and keep getting worse and worse, and the fees keep going up and up. If you call them to talk about the changes, they do not care at all and will offer to cancel the card and go elsewhere. They give extremely little notice when making changes and auto apply new terms on the fly. I'm not sure what happened or changed, but things have really gone downhill.

Might be the painful experience possible. Wants you to call for everything, but has 30-40min waits at all times. Then make you come into bank since they are too outdated to have proper online services. Needs top down overhaul to modernize their customer experience

Had an issue with my credit card. After no luck with the card issuer, the branch manager (Natashja, I think?) was super helpful. Was meant to receive a call in 12-15 days, but just received my card four days later via express mail.

Your hours on the website state this branch is open today. It's already difficult enough to find time to go to the bank with the very limited open hours, so this was frustrating when I showed up and it's closed for the long weekend. Several other people showed up while I was there and also believed it was open.

The loans officer I have been in contact with is seemingly always out of the office. Getting ahold of him takes over a week each time. Getting frustrated, and doesn't make me want to continue banking here. Support staff have been helpful, though, and I appreciate their efforts.

Had an account at credit union since the fat cat account days. In my 20+ years of being their customer I have been denied for everything I've ever applied for with them. No to student loan, car loan, mortgage, general loan I don't even have bad credit and worked full time (as well as my husband) so I have no idea why. Other banks I wasn't even a customer with gave me a loan no problem. Other wonderful stories include my friend was told to go to a credit counselling service after they approved a loan to consolidate her credit cards then took back their word. Another is a family member worked there for 25+ years, had a supervisor position, moved to Regina and applied three different times for a position and was told not the right fit? If I could give them zero stars I would.

Natasja Barlow was beyond helpful for my parents. I actually don’t know if I’ve ever heard of a manger personally going to a clients home to help them navigate a new online banking format. She deserves more than a raise for her kindness and valuable leadership. We need more people in the world like her.
