Not at all impressed since the take over. Getting someone on the phone is worse than dealing with the likes of Telus or Rogers. I have had log in issues plus they changed the terms of service without telling me. Where i used to be able to log in and get my statements online, I am now being told i have to give up paper statements in order to get online statements. This is insane since the online service is already there, I just do not have access to past statements because they want to pressure me to switch away from paper. The thing is, i do not fully trust online to not lose something, which happened after the transition
