I participated in the 30 Day Business Challenge in November 2017. Each day we received an email outlining a 30 minute task related to creating a marketing and business plan for the coming year. Each task literally took 30 minutes or less, unless I decided to take more time to do complete it. I was unable to commit daily, instead would do a few challenges over the course of a couple of days in order to complete the challenge.

I left the challenge feeling excited about the coming year. My partner and I were able to connect on the goals and projects for our business. We have a plan to move forward. I can't wait to see what 2018 brings and I look forward to touching on the material throughout the year to tweak and flesh out items that I quickly skimmed.

There are some individuals who are very helpful. However, the individuals that make the decisions are not and quite condescending. You would expect a government funded operation (funded by Prairies Economic Development Canada or “PrairiesCan”, dont let them tell you otherwise, look it up) to be a little more helpful.

However, should we expect anything less from a government run organization? The less work they have to do while getting paid with our tax dollars the better I suppose. For them, anyway…..
