Brought in currency to exchange and the guy working behind the counter has 0 customer service skills and barely let me even speak before waving me away and saying we dont buy. We dont buy like 4 times. Honestly will never recommend a soul to come here. I dont expect places to accept any currency, but I absolutely expect a shred of decency and kindness when doing business with someone inquiring with you. Solid if 0 stars was ak option itd be 0.

I went to exchange Colombian pesos the man there started shaking his head when he seen the money told me it was too old. He was very rude and made me uncomfortable. I drove straight to Walia exchange the man there looked it up and exchanged my money!!

Stay away! Poor rates!!!! Order from your bank. Rates will be better. Good thing I brought cash. ATM machine did not work. I called and he said he had lots of euros. He gave me a 500 euro. Said it was all he had. Terrible attitude.

Their website claims they match prices with banks but he said "only sometimes" and refused to match.
Also, he had the worst attitude ever! Don't recommend at all

Was told to wait 2 minute upon entry. No problem, awesome to get an ETA. 10 minutes later I see the front of the line. Frustrating but I can deal. What really ticked me off was the clerk stopping what he was doing to answer his phone in the middle of our transaction to confirm his dinner plans. Way to show how much you appreciate customers.

To their credit, I was charged 3% to make the exchange, which seems reasonable and is what the calculator on the Columbia Currency Exchange website advertised. Other reviews said it didn't match up, but maybe they used the sell tool instead of the buy tool or vice versa.
