I wanted to extend a big thank you to Cameron at the Cold Lake Chrysler. My husband and I are from Vancouver, BC and were visiting family in Cold Lake. We drove there in our new KIA EV6 GT which charges using the Tesla Superchargers. We did have an adapter for the FLO chargers but unfortunately there were none to be found. At the time, we didn’t have an adapter for the faster FLO chargers located at the Energy Centre and City Hall etc. So we had to charge at our family’s home which is slow. Since we needed to get back home and the closest Tesla charger was in Edmonton, I phoned around and thankfully spoke with Cameron at Cold Lake Chrysler who said we could charge up there as our adapter fit their charger and would charge faster. We are so thankful and grateful to Cameron at Cold Lake Chrysler for helping us out in our time of need.

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for Rodney Ouellette in the service department. He went above and beyond to help me with my van today.
Earlier this week, my van had an inconclusive diagnostic. Rodney advised me to call him if the issue resurfaced, and true to his word, he came this morning to inspect it when the problem reocurred. He got the van running, and once I drove it to the dealership, he quickly identified the solution. My van was fixed within a few hours, which was a great relief.
I truly value the prompt, courteous, and efficient service I received. Please extend a big thank you to Rodney and his team for their exceptional work.

Service desk is a joke. Booked truck in for an oil change & to install an emergency airshut off, oil change done no problem. We get a call saying that unfortunately they didnt have the air shut off part on hand at the time and asked if we could rebook - no problem, stuff happens. When we picked up the truck he told us we could book for my husband’s next days off - we did. We show up the day we booked which was 2 weeks after this conversion, buddy had no idea why we were there, did not have the part ordered and no history of the appointment being booked. My husband wasn’t even in their system. First time it happened, annoying but understandable that stuff happens, second time? Get your stuff together. Decided to just take our business elsewhere, which is unfortunate for you guys considering the price of the part to work ratio would’ve been a pretty penny.

Been trying to call and book an oil change over the last hour and a half. They refuse to answer phones although they are open. Can’t even leave a msg to be called back. Will not be returning to this god awful establishment
