I had a wonderful experience at Cochrane Toyota ending in a purchase of a very low mileage 2024 Tundra Limited Hybrid. From the moment you walk in you feel very welcome. Stacy spent quite some time asking questions about my needs, then showed me a truck that met all of them, and I drove it off the lot the next day. Less than 24 hours after that it was pulling my trailer deep into the back country. I couldn't be happier with the truck.

Absolutely Awesome experiences from customer services, services department & sales/ finances. I drove 10 hrs from Vancouver to buy out my lease, it was simple and easy. Never done buying out a lease, finance manager Megan, make it so easy and it was taken care of and fun to chat with. Omar , showed me future 2nd vehicle , explained the new 4Runner model. Also, was there for getting my Tacoma Service, service advisor Ben , follow up and keep me reminded about my appointment and follow up after my experience. Overall, great place to go and get it all done . No hassle, no waste of time here . I will be sending my family from Calgary & Red deer to get Toyota here ! I would recommend coming here. Stacey in sales was great to deal with on the purchase of our 2023 4Runner earlier in July. She was very knowledgeable of the vehicle also. I would highly recommend the trip to Toyota Cochrane for anyone in the Calgary area looking for a new or used Toyota vehicle. I’ve dealt with a lot of dealerships and this is the best group of any dealership I have worked with. Top marks to the entire team. Top products also as this 4Runner has also not let us down on our summer road trip.

Excellent service on the service department! I am so happy they were able to help me out. They order my battery and replaced it within 48 hrs. All other options in the city were much longer (I was looking at two weeks without my car) so they really came through. Everyone was friendly and professional, and they made the whole process super easy. Special shout out to Jonathan who kept me posted on the progress every step of the way. I also appreciate how flexible they were around drop off and pick up time for the car. I live in Calgary but this was worth the drive out to Cochrane. Highly recommend!

Cochrane Toyota is the BEST dealership anywhere hands down. Ed Neve was a very pleasant salesperson, very knowledgeable, very friendly and went above and beyond my expectations. Today I had an issue with my car, Johnathan from the service department took my call and handled my situation within incredible care. Not only did he phone me back when I needed more assistance, but he was incredibly pleasant throughout the entire situation. If anyone is looking for a pleasant experience, excellent customer service with a very knowledgeable advisor, I would recommend speaking with Johnathan from the service department!!
