Then we chatted with Matt- He went above and beyond to help. Matt with his expert advice was able to help us find a car that suited our lifestyle and budget. Matt made sure we looked at all our options. He went through all the details. He took his time to make sure we were happy and understood everything. Matt treated us like part of the family. Matt is one of the friendliest people yo can ever meet.
Shaun - also helped us with the finance, he also knows his stuff and was truly genuine.
The whole atmosphere here is great! No snobbery, they treat all their customers well.

When we went to collect the car Matt was ready to set everything up. We had nothing to worry about. Matt and Shaun both made us feel valued customers. We left knowing we have full support and after care.

Purchased a 2025 Terrain Elevation from Cochrane GM.

I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service, the product advisor Liam was amazing and helpful in every steps of the way. My experience with Cochrane GM started off on a positive note, with friendly and professional interactions that seemed promising. However, things quickly took a sharp downturn. After placing a deposit for a vehicle, I was forced to reconsider my purchase for a genuine reason and requested a refund the morning of the very next business day. To my disappointment, my request was outright refused, with no consideration given to a compromise. I even proposed a solution to split the deposit refund, hoping for some flexibility, but unfortunately, my offer went unanswered.

The lack of responsiveness and unwillingness to work with me is both frustrating and disheartening. I expected a higher level of customer service, especially given the initial rapport. The entire experience, once promising, ended up being quite frustrating and left me feeling as though my concerns were dismissed without any genuine effort to resolve the situation.

I came in today for the first service on a new GMC Sierra that we purchased from the dealership back in June. I managed to get my dates mixed up and was actually scheduled to be there four days earlier!! Judy went out of her way to make sure that my truck was serviced regardless of the fact that I’d missed my date. Not only was Liam fantastic during the purchase back in June, but Judy delivered on service today. I actually live in Okotoks but these guys are well worth the drive. Thanks again for the great work that you do. I’ll be back.

I just picked up my 2024 GMC Canyon AT4X last week and have to give a big thank you to Liam, Jim and Sean. They were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, When you walk into this dealership everyone looks happy. I liked the no pressure sales tactic and dealing with people who dress casually, I did not see anyone with a suit and tie which i liked. We just bought a used vehicle from Cochrane GM. Our experience with Cindy Ann Lemieux was great! She was extremely professional and has a very friendly manner. She answered all our questions thoroughly and in a timely manner. Cindy walked us through the whole process and we felt like we were in good hands throughout. Additionally, her attention to detail is a huge positive! She is also french and English speaking allowing communication in both languages. Great overall experience!

We recently visited this dealership and didn't have the greatest experience. We had set up a time with a sales associate named Hailey to look at 2 different vehicles. Hailey wasn't prepared to show us either vehicle as they were both dirty and tucked between other vehicles so we couldn't really get a great look at them. She seemed more worried about whether we had seen the hockey players that were there signing autographs than she was selling us a vehicle. She mentioned the hockey players about 5 times throughout the 3 1/2 hour process. We ended up leaving disappointed but had a much better experience at another local dealership that same day.
