I always have such great service from these guys. Friendly, professional, easy to contact.
You pay for quality. They won't be the cheapest place like HR block but trust me when i say this thats a good thing. They actually know what they are doing. They help you get the most back and pay the least. I do my Personal and corporate taxes with them. I have always been happy with their service. Thanks guys!

We couldn't be anymore disappointed with the service we received this year. We were repeat customers but were mislead by staff about price. We were told for both my husband and I our total would be roughly $250 for both of us, we ended up paying over $550!! Sadly, his staff misspoke and it was actually $250 per person. After we talked to Jeff, the owner, he said it was our fault as we didn't read the sign and that his staff didn't say that to us. He basically told us we were in the wrong and didn't even apologize for the misunderstanding. We have never experienced something like this. Even though we were hoping for a refund of what we overpaid, we weren't even given an apology for being misinformed. In Jeff's mind we were 100% wrong cause we didn't read the sign.

I have used this business to do my personal taxes for the last four years. After reading another review, I called to inquire about rates as I have always paid $100.00 to have my taxes done. I was told there was a rate increase to $250.00. I called other accounting places in town..their rates are $125.00. Needless to say I will no longer be using the services of Cochrane Accounting and Tax Service.
