I have been dealing with coast capital savings for a long time now, and I must say, my experience has been quite positive. The bank offers a range of services that are easy to use and very reliable.

Normally no issues. But, I’ve had it up to here with customer service especially Jas. She seemed nice at first, until she helped out this other lady. Hello?! I was ahead of her !! There was a lineup. The only person that I could tolerate is Kevin. This happens again, I’ll talk to their managers. Should have closed my account and opened a new bank account with VANCITY. Rbc in my opinion better than these people

Been with Coast Capital from the beginning when it was Richmond Savings Credit Union and truly a membership based credit union, however now its just become a large banking institution with no real regard for the members that have been with them all these years. The customer service and the support is pretty well non-existant, the fees are going up every day and the asides from one or two where good employees who truly understand customer service.. there is not much draw to be part of this institution.

Worst service ever! Slow and unprofessional… grumpy? As a member of this credit union I don’t agree with the staff that were hired here. All incompetent including the staff inside the office who pop in and out staring down customers in a long line with disgust and not helping out. Just punching in a computer for their “vips” and immediately hiding behind the office again. Front staff disrespectfully drag their feet and make small talk and count money and address customers so slow in a way that wastes others time. They should all get fired.

Previously I had a very negative review here from a past experience. Today was definitely much different and I feel compelled to update it now.
Felix was really great and understanding in helping me address multiple questions and issues I was having with 4 different accounts. Very helpful and as someone who can be quite picky I was impressed by his level of service. Thank you for taking the time and for your kindness.

The wait to see a teller is extreme. It seems like a self-perpetuating problem because members know this and only come in for complex things so each transaction is time consuming. The systems are also old. I show my card and they type the number in manually. If I need to withdraw funds they check my id. I got a cashier's cheque hand-written on carbon paper.
On a positive note, the employees are proactive and genuine in my experience. The branch seems clean and safe. If the line is long and employees in the cubicles are available they'll do teller services at their desks.
If you can avoid coming in, avoid it. If you do come in, prepare to stand in line for a long time. Once you get to an employee you'll be satisfied and get everything you need.

So mad not going to this coast.
Go to other coastal. I will go to Richmond branch Cambie complain to Richmond center.
One bank machine outside ATM while back the bank machine didn't work.
