Coast Capital not only breached contract by accepting payout for the mortgage but then neglected to close the mortgage and wrongfully reported me to collection. They neglected to open my business account while holding my assets ransom. But truly the worst demonstration and failure of their fiduciary duties was withholding my bank records for over a year into trial! Their Lawyer Amy Peck from Whitelaw Twining wrecklessly shared my private confidential banking details with the general public after I’ve already been a victim of fraud!!! SHAME ON YOUR INSTITUTION!!!! SEE YOU IN COURT

If you love restrictions on your bank account then this is the place for you. $3000 max e transfer per day that cannot be raised or $1000 a day debit card spending that cannot be raised. Imagine a financial institution that won't let you spend your money? I'd rather spend $16 per month at a national bank and have total liquidity.

Since they switched all their Visa users forcibly to Mastercards, the Collabria mastercard has been an awful customer experience all around. Poor support, new hidden fees, poor UI, just terrible all around. Mastercard is considerably less consumer friendly than Visa and now we're paying considerably higher fees per transaction - penalized for things we never had to pay for with the former card. We We just discovered after putting through an order online that we pay a $25 Mastercard fee now per item ordered from the US - AFTER currency conversion fees. Isn't Mastercard HQ in the US? Next to nothing is manufactured in Canada. You've just subjected loyal longterm customers to higher, previously non-existent fees. We're switching institutions. Thanks Coast Capital for switching your customers enmasse to a much worse deal without customer consent and not leaving us the option to continue to keep our Coast Visa! Coast, are the pennies you save worth it when it costs you customers?

Since they went federal every single thing about this bank has been in a steady decline. The service is horrendous. A shame, I’ve dealt with them for over 20 years. There’s a reason I don’t keep any money there.

Whenever I visit this particular branch, usually long line up. Staffs really don't care how long their customers are waiting. Especially today more supervisors and walking around employees than number of waiting customers. They simply don't care. Also, their IT and website are overall mediocre way behind major banks. M loan rates are very high. The only reason I am dealing with this place is I got a bad mortgage broker. Asap I will get rids of my accounts from this place.

If your in business STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND THESE PEOPLES.
This company broker your contracts out to several other banks and will not help you when you’re in need, constantly waiting over and over on phones barely replies on emails.
They will not cooperate with you at all, bunch of incompetent and arrogant employees.
This company been hiring people who has no idea of how to manage your contract
So one suggestion stay away from them or these guys will be your worst nightmare!
