Everyone at this branch is a rock star! Always great service with a smile, but if you are lucky enough to be attended by Tonee (hope that is tge right spelling), you are set for the best customer service in British Columbia. That is my opinion after 34 years of banking experience and having dealt with more than 40 branches from HSBC, RBC, TD, BMO, Scotiabank, and more than 15 different CoastCapital branches.
CoastCapital is lucky to have her.
Perhaps she should be promoted to teach others what it takes to serve a customer at the next level.

I just open an account and i went to do my first deposits and the girl was really rude. Lack of costumer service not even a hello. I wouldnt recommend to go to this branch there are better branches in the city

It always surprises me that they only have 2 people working on pay day. And even though they raised service fee's phone service is a absolute joke. Could use better bank machines ? now ghe bank machine won't take deposits,

Short and sweet. Inside of the bank is quite Pleasant, well laid out and easy to negotiate.. Otherwise the staff is less than desirable, truly not the nicest Bunch I'm dealt with not being personal at all. Manners would go a long way at this bank but unfortunately I do not see that happening in the near future. I would highly recommend that all stay clear of this one if you're looking for a one-on-one pleasant experience otherwise it is tolerable. Cheers all

Worst service ! There was only 1 teller available with a lineup while the rest of the staff was just standing around chatting with each other. I think management needs to keep an eye on the front line, or maybe management needs to change!! Wish I took pictures because then those standing around would know who they are!

This isn't my main branch, but I do want to commend on their level of customer service. The staff is helpful and always courteous.

Namely Agnieszka, this lady is not only super knowledgeable, but is also very professional with a top notch courtesy. I've had 2 incidents that she took care of, 1 was an error made by other bank, and one by coast capital. BOTH times, she was extremely patient with me, respectful and swift in taking care of issues. She not only resolved the problems within the time promised, she also consistently called me during the resolution process to keep me informed of status. This is why I've made this my go-to branch.

Extremely rude staff that do not address customer concerns. After a visit when I explained an issue to a manager her response was "do you want me to cry over the issue" while giving a rude smirk. After this visit I phoned and made a complaint only to have the branch manager call me back and tell me I was a lier. I closed my account and moved all my investments after this experience.

I am mind boggled by how incredibly rude the staff are here. An empty bank and I got told they’re “too busy”. I continue to get treated like I’m annoying, rather than a valued client.
