This company was GOD SENT , when I was scammed out of my home in Ottawa I shared legally with a family member. I got married and was living in a hotel with my new bride and my now adopted toddler. This company got us into a home in less than a month!!! Now 2 years later we are looking for a larger home or to refinance our renovated home and they have been beyond helpful and answered all our questions with care and class. I’ve just decided to renew my mortgage with CMLS. I had no issues over the course of the first 5yrs with them. Zivran reached out to me recently and worked very hard to keep me as a customer.
