最近想買保險，常常會經過這附近，恰好看到朋友前陣子買過的這家walk in試試。

一年最少三四千塊錢的一份保險，本來想今天就完成啟動，誰知道坐右邊說廣東話的這個broker她很特別。幸好剛剛看了Google就發現他們負評跟自己人寫的review比較多。原來是家歧視華僑的黑店，人說中國人不欺負中國人，誰知道...

說工作態度：
一個客人都沒有，還沒開始就態度囂張算了，但居然講話句句針對，我話沒說完才幾個字就會被打斷。工作的人說話特別沒禮貌令人感覺很不舒服。 她也是華人不知道為什麼她對欺負華僑老人家。

說職場能力：

從頭到尾就沒有一句話是專業的。任何產品資料都不願意提供，保險公司的推薦一家都沒有介紹。想得到保費方面的對比，就只會說“現在全世界都通脹”，一問她細節只會說一些沒有用的晦氣話，套路生硬令人明顯感覺到是會想欺騙老人家。看她人都五六十歲以上了，還會令人懷是否有任何職場訓練的broker，真是浪費了我的時間。

之後我去了趟BCAA, 對客人的態度跟工作能力簡直是差個十萬八千里。至於介紹我來這家的朋友，我打算跟他說一下我的經驗。

As our friend walked in last week, and purchased their insurance here, we came today cheque book in hand, ready to buy our annual and be done with it.

Little did we know this shop has brokers who target Asian seniors and badgers them because of their language proficiency.

The broker I came across today seems to be prejudiced against Asian seniors, has a terrible attitude, rude gestures, impatient tone and diction, and is just generally awful towards customers. She's also Asian, and spoke Cantonese.

Hardly imaginable from someone who's working in Landsdowne Centre, where many Asian seniors visit. As they seem to target seniors, and have what looks like inorganic Google reviews, I have no choice but to write this to warn others.

The total lack of professionalism was because she provided zero info of the products she sells on behalf of the insurance companies or clarify the difference between the companies.

Following this brush with racism, we went to the BCAA of the same shopping mall and it was a completely contrasting experience, everyone was very helpful friendly and task oriented.

Said friend that recommended us, called earlier and it turns out he had the same racist experience and unprofessionalism, from another lady of the same shop, who's Asian and spoke Mandarin.

Untrustworthy, incompetent, and sneaky... happy to just collect your payments while giving the wrong coverage for 10 years ( they screw up and because of change in staff they claim to have no knowledge). Raised price by 33%, side stepped and called my sister who did not know all the facts to scam fee. Bad faith business policies. No ethics.

Won't deal with them in the future.

They did a very unprofessional service on updating information for my insurance premium. I walked into here and requested a primary driver swap, they told me I need to pay extra for it. I prepaid annual insurance premium for both primary driver and secondary driver, and I am supposed to get some refund from one of the driver for undrived period premium. They simply told me they just "followed the system" and "don't know why I should pay extra instead of getting money back". Have to stop them making any changes and finally go somewhere else to get this problem solved.

They did typo on my marriage license and asked them to fix it they said I need to pay to reprint $100 (exactly the same price like purchasing new one). I just hope this will not get any problem for my marriage

For an insurance company, they really don’t like asking questions. But when it comes to asking for payment.. boy do their eyes light up bright. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.
