used to be fine. the new off hours staff are awful. I printed a Proline QR code at home for a Superbowl bet which clearly states that any OLG participating convenience store can accommodate. Not this place. They had no idea and even refused to deal with it. I brought it somewhere else and all they did was scan and print as expected. I won't be going there any more.

Whenever I visit this Alliston Circle K, is usually to get late night snacks and to use the bathroom when all the other stores are closed and I am hanging with friends in town. Every single time, the late night shift workers are very kind and have no problems with me using the bathroom. Sometimes I buy products, & sometimes I don't, but they still allow me to use the bathroom.

The prices definitely don't match the snack prices at the dollarama, but it's the price you pay for last minute, late night snacks.

The place smelled like something died in there, The frosty machines were leaking heavily on the floor and the polar pops were not maintained having no flavor at all. When I asked for a straw for the frosty i bought the guy gave me a small paper straw that didn't work for frosties.. i told the guy about the frosty machine leaking on the floor and he said it was normal and shrugged it off.

The floors were so nasty, Dirty. sticky and garbage covered.

After reading the comments and other reviews, Ive come to realize that Circle K Headquarters obviously doesnt care.

Horrible customer service and extremely dirty.

Floors are always sticky and there is always garbage all over the floors and corners (especially by the lotto kiosk - absolutely filthy store).

Most of the employees (except for the woman) are outright rude.

I went there yesterday evening at around 11:00 p.m. and the older male employee refused to cash-out $10.00 of lotto winnings.

He said that they do not cash-out lotto winnings “after it gets dark outside”. I was confused by this comment, and still am.

What does the amount of light outside have to do with cashing out lotto?

He then proceeded to tell me to call Circle-K if I wanted to complain and that he is not the “boss of Circle-K”.

I was coming here for lotto and snacks (highly overpriced) weekly but have no choice but to take my regular business elsewhere after this abysmal customer service experience.

The worst customer service that I have experienced in my life.

Will certainly be sharing this embarrassment of a customer service experience with family, friends, and the Alliston community.

The cashier with beady eyes, wears glasses, works Tuesday morning and Sunday is rude and obnoxious!!!!!! Should not be allowed to work with the public!!

Polite employees and spotless interior by Circle K standards. If you walk in expecting to see the Sistine Chapel you will be sorely disappointed, but as far as reasonable expectations go, this establishment is great.

Really good place to shop but unbelievable how they treat their employees and customers in the sense that its scorching hot in there. It's cooler outside then inside there. The owner is slacking!!! Don't be CHEAP MAN IT'S HOT OUTSIDE. why doesn't he come and feel it for himself. I was in there for 2 minutes and hot as hell. The owner is Indian and very cheap.
