I was a satisfied client for 20+ years until my advisor retired. My account was then transferred to Stephen Parke. In over 18 months I have never received any communication whatsoever from Stephen Parke. No phone calls, no emails, NOTHING. I will be taking my investments elsewhere. I do not recommend Stephen Parke as a financial advisor.

I went in there as a customer , withdrew cash later I wanted to use restroom but was not allowed and stopped in the middle of the hallway by a service person saying the restrooms are only for employees and top of it I got a suggestion saying to use a coffee shop …. I wonder if that is correct. So stupid for a bank like this can’t afford a restroom for their customers… needless to comment on this and I feel so cheap to do this … so people please empty your bladder before visiting CIBC branches… 😝

I would give zero stars if that were allowed.

I would not trust Mr. Kyle Proctor, an investment advisor at this branch, with your investments. Especially if you are older and planning on leaving an inheritance for your loved ones.

Mr. Proctor seems to be going out of his way to not honour his obligations to my late grandmother and refuses to disperse her accounts to the listed beneficiaries. He is continuing to make a difficult time for our family even more so, and the legality of the situation is something I also question.

I have unfortunately decided to cancel all my personal dealings with CIBC due to this person's disgusting behaviour. I would recommend you reconsider having your investments with such an untrustworthy group of people.

I lost my wallet recently so I had to get new card from the bank, I was facing a hard time and the service I got from this individual named as Chris was extremely disappointing. He attitude was extremely rude as he threw my driving license photo ID on the counter stating that it is not valid. He was not helpful and solving my problem rather he walked away from the situation leaving me standing on the counter. I do belive that cibc has the best service upto my knowledge but a rotten tomato like him can spoil the reputation of the company.

Man works faster and much more efficient than other ladies. I believe clients come for banking business but not talking. Especially there are many people waiting in the line, I feel not fair keeping us waiting for longer chatty conversation that stops the line moving forward. Next time, I'll put the names here for others to monitor.

How come you allow homeless people sleep on the floor in front of ATM machines. That's unsafe for your customers while using the machines.
