The bank tellers here are super friendly. Eric and Ashley are awesome. They have really helped brighten my days and banking experiences. I got help with investments and other banking stuff in a meeting at this branch as well. This is the main branch where I opened my account years back.

Its a bank and here you do banking and banking related activities in the same manner you would most banks. The ATM is only available during business hours and no longer accessible from the empty mall side.

I go there to do my banking on the machine because I have a Simply Account through CIBC. But if you stand outside on the public sidewalk to look at your phone and use their Internet, Security is immediately on your case. What's the point of having internet for customers then? You can't stand outside on a public sidewalk for 10 seconds without getting harassed by Security. All Security does is harrass Native Indigenous and poor looking people. Fact!

I've had dozens of bank branches all across Canada, and this is the number one for customer service BY FAR. They go above and beyond, the tellers are kind and knowledgeable, even the supervisors remember who you are. I wish I could access ATM on weekends and holidays, but otherwise this is a bank like no other. The folks working here should get an award for the customer service they do on behalf of CIBC.

They close their ATM room at 10pm or something EVERY NIGHT! So that means if you don't drive, you have to some how get to the south end because the new Sudbury mall is closed. Not a nice experience.
During the day, the bank is always packed and there's no one working. They're all on lunch. I hated this bank drama so much I switched to another bank and never have these issues.

I tried calling them several times but no one ever picks up the call since i was facing and issue and was at work i tried to call the branch and everytime i called i was sent to voicemail they really need to work on that. Emma is the best person i have so far meet in that branch

Lesley is an amazing financial advisor, She know how to treat people. Best hospitality I have ever seen among public banks, all staffs were good too.

Withdrew money out of bank machine on the weekend of July 15 and only received 3/4 of a 20.00 bill from withdrawal. Went in to change the bill for a new one and Molly was so rude and just turned her back and walked away saying that what's not to say she tries getting another 20.00 with the other 1/4 of bill. I was not impressed with her customer service and her rude remarks.
