This branch is of NO use other than its ATM machines. This is the closest branch to me and I keep going there because I have a baby and can’t go far distance. Out of 10 times going there only one time they may solve my problem and its not even that complicated. They mostly refer you to online banking and if not, they try to get rid of you by telling nonsense like everything is OK on your account, etc. and when you go home you see nothing is OK. I was extremely nuts today when I told them my card is not doing any transaction and e-transfer. They seemingly checked it and said its fine now, and I came back home and saw nothing is solved. Went there for the second time and one of the staff ( not sure what is she doing there because she rarely accepts clients) said my colleague (the one that I had talked to) has gone for lunch, please come after half an hour. And there were no one else to do the job. They only waste your time. Uneducated and useless staff.
