I have dealt with Chris and his team for more years than I can remember. I’ve never shopped insurance because I know how well treated I am with Chris and his team. Any issue I have had gets resolved super quickly and without any hassle. I have never had to be concerned about any aspect of coverage and Chris and his team treat me more like family than a client. They listen to any concerns I have and always put my mind at ease. I have never checked pricing with any other insurance company because I know I won’t get the same level and dedication to quality service than I get from Chris and his team. Chris and his crew are top notch. I have been with them for over 20 years and it’s their personal service that keeps me here. A lot of companies push their agents to be like a Tim Hortons drive through. But I never feel rushed when talking with them. They are thorough and will offer better solutions/policies that save me money.

Samantha was warm and welcoming right from the start. She was attentive to my situation, and she was very professional and courteous in her service delivery. Her response time was excellent, and the process of setting up my auto insurance was seamless. The information provided to me was accurate, and Samantha made sure to repeat the key pieces to me throughout our correspondence, which I really appreciate. My insurance is now the most affordable it has ever been, and I look forward to retaining my insurance here.

Speaking with the folks here is always a super easy and friendly experience. Have reached out to them via email and phone and have had great response times. I have dealt with Will when I first set up my auto insurance last year and was such a kind fellow for a completely new driver like me to deal with. Samantha, who I've spoken to the majority of the time, has helped me through with tenant insurance for myself, my mother and partner at various points over the 3-4 years. She was also so kind and patient and helping me figure out my renewal and confirming information for my peace of mind. Truly such a great person to speak with.

We have been insured with Chris Krasilczuk for 15+ years, in that time we have always received outstanding advice and service when it comes to our insurance needs. The staff has always been extremely professional and friendly. The recent interaction with Samantha to make changes to our auto coverage and explanations on our house insurance was very informative and helpful. You can buy insurance anywhere, but if you want good service from great people this is the place.
