I drove all the way from Vancouver to Trail to pick up my 4Runner TRD Pro, and I’d do it again in a heartbeat! Mack was very responsive, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience easy. JJ was very patient in explaining financing and warranty which can easily become overwhelming or confusing. When I arrived, the 4Runner had a MASSIVE red bow on it and when I was leaving, they gave me a rubber mat to toss in the back for our dog. These people are absolute gems. Save yourself some time and don’t think twice about going anywhere else for a vehicle. 10/10.

I never leave reviews, but our experience at Champion was top notch. These guys (Kane, Mack and Evan) went above and beyond to get us in our new truck and on the road for a planned trip. They even found a tonneau cover we could borrow to keep our stuff dry and secure. Great sales team that made this our best vehicle purchase experience!

I brought my vehicle in for service, a tire change, an oil change, and a few other small things. I was initially told that it would be about 2 hours. I've spent 5 hours in the lobby so far and have missed planned appointments because they don't provide loaner vehicles for customers. I was told that it would be 5 minutes until my truck was finished and that was a half an hour ago. I hate when a business gives you an unrealistic time frame, with no resources, so you can't plan your day efficiently. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Overall experience was great. Happy with my truck. Mackenzie is nice and very helpful and likely to become a friend of mine. The rest of the associates are nice, cheery and helpful. Would have given 5 stars if Champion Chevrolet had been more negotiable on price.

My experience started off great, with kindness from everyone. When my vehicle showed up without features stated on the build sheet that Champion Chevrolet provided/sold the vehicle based off of, the nightmare began. When I expressed my dissatisfaction/concerns I was threatened to receive poor/lesser quality of service whether it be regular services or warranty work if I was to "slam" Champion via Google review. I'm afraid to bring my vehicle to these people.
I was lied too, I was cheated, I am actively being ignored, and I was threatened. I approached them with a solution, they refused to move from their shady ways. Don't even get a sincere apology or anything. Just push blame to GM themselves; when it wasn't GM threatening or lying to me, it was you! Regretting shopping local once again... True shame.

Not to mention them "assuming" I wanted a higher interest rate over a longer period of time, even after I was program protected to a much lower rate with the term I chose! Then when we chose the very same term I previously selected the interest rate was still higher than what we agreed on and locked me in at! Finally after being told I was wrong and the numbers were all correct, they then called the bank and got it all sorted out. Read EVERYTHING before you sign ANYTHING, that is especially true with this establishment, very unprofessional. The lies, the threats and not even a text, a phone call, an email, a proper apology..
.nothing; Or even a thank you for pointing out their FALSE ADVERTISING on their website listings, you've finally figured out how to fix it! Good job! This place is a joke.
