Unprofessional, requested documents for a matter my husband and I needed to resolve then ghosted us. No return phone calls after numerous attempts to get in touch with him. Business 101 : return calls and/or documents if you dont want the business

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Our accountant was Ashley and she repeatedly did not answer phone calls or emails. We would have to call everyday for about a week to even get a reply from her. She was unclear about the the price of service so we were very surprised when we received our bill in the mail. When we called (again numerous times) to talk about it she said she would talk to Chad (the owner). Months go by with no word from either Ashley or Chad. Finally another bill was sent with the same amount and interest accrued. We emailed Ashley right away and then we get a phone call from Chad. He was incredibly rude and denied any of our story. He told us we were wasting his time and if we didnt pay our bill we would have more problems. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS.
