This company feels it’s appropriate to send insurance agencies multiple emails daily for renewing policies until the policy is renewed. This fills up our inbox and wastes staff time reviewing each email only to learn we received the same email daily. When asked to change their notifications to weekly multiple times, they simply refused. Now, instead of addressing client emails, we have to spend time sorting through their emails. What business operates this way? RMIS did a much better job at COI requests instead of this nightmare of a waste of time we have to deal with now.

Certificial is amazing. The idea and use of PDF or paper COI's is honestly a joke and a massive liability. Certificial is solving the problems we (as in, all interested parties) have concerning proof of insurance coverages. I am looking forward to seeing the development of Certificial and their platform. I love using Certificial to generate my COI's. It is a good program and it makes it so easy to get my certificates and I can get them whenever I need them. The program is very user friendly and the Rep Joseph Nasello is always available and very patient if I have any questions. They totally stand behind their product.
