Will never buy a vehicle from here due to Halifax having significantly better prices, but their Service Team and Mechanics do good work and I have no complaints about having my vehicle serviced here.

The videos they send you about your vehicle while being serviced are a nice touch and very informative. They will also ask before doing anything to your vehicle that you didn't book it for. These guys don't try any dirty tricks to force you into paying for service you didn't intend on having done.

Excellent Job, Century! Tell your sales team to work on those vehicle prices.

I took our 2017 CRV here for an emissions issue. Turned out it was a common issue a full strainer. I don't normally take our vehicle to dealers for repairs but in this case I did and I was not disappointed. The service staff were top notch, very prompt and friendly. The price was more than reasonable for a dealership I'm very impressed. Thanks I'll be back if any more repairs are required. John Hope Jean freguson.

I first called the Honda Dealerships in Halifax and Dartmouth about the airbag light I had pop on my car and they told me it was about a six week wait before I could get an appointment. I called Century Honda in Truro who was able to fit me in the next week. The service team was fast, professional and detailed. I really appreciated that I received a notification when my car was being looked at, and a video detailing what the mechanic found with my car. I am not sure what their name was but the person who sent me the video was named Tony. Emily at the front desk was also amazing she took the time to go through everything with me and answer all my questions. She was really professional and provided top notch customer service. I live in Halifax but the type of service I received was without a doubt worth the hour drive.

They “fixed” my sliding door, and investigated some other warranty issues I reported, nothing actually got fixed but they charged me for everything.
1. Auto sliding door does not shut - they cleaned and lubricant sliding door. Charged me for the service. Got home, noticed van does not lock and the door lock switch from inside the door is missing. Booked another appointment for the sole purpose of them fixing their mistake. Tried to charge me $100 for the service of fixing their mistake and then made it sound like they were doing me a favour by removing the charge. Door still does not close intermittently.

2. After starting van when cold, chirping noise coming from front end. Told them it’s only noticeable on cold starts. Dropped van off after it was warmed up, told me they couldn’t reproduce, charged me.

3. Back up camera unusable at night, tried cleaning the lens, still completely unusable. Charged me for cleaning the camera and told me that they can’t reproduce because it’s day time.

4. Driver windshield wiper is missing a spot, told them I suspect a bent arm. They told me I need new wipers, told them they were brand new, then they told me it’s because they aren’t oem wipers. Charged me.

5. Took it in for a transmission flush as part of the regular maintenance. They forgot to put new fluid back in, also forgot to tighten the battery connections. Van would shut down while driving. Numerous trips and time spent investigating and fixing, and random van shut downs.

Would not recommend this outfit, something seems crooked.
