I would recommend Shamalan to anyone and everyone. Sham helped me so much through the sale of my home, this one was not easy but Sham was there. His true personality puts you at ease, he is a captivating person, he makes it easy to work with him. He is a true professional without a doubt. Sincere= Sham opens up to make you feel comfortable, it was like talking to a friend. Warm= he really hears what you are saying and not saying, reacts to the root of your words. Genuine= sent me, by mail, a thinking of you.. what a great touch. Sham does the talk and especially the walk as I ran into him actually passing out information in my neighbourhood.
