Trust.
Plainly, Shannon is the only realtor in the area that steered us straight. If something was askew with a listing, she told us, whether we liked it or not. Where many realtors take shortcuts on, "due diligence" she showed herself very sound. Any other agent could've/would've hustled us to maximize their commission. As purchasers, Shannon had our butts covered and saved us from purchasing several houses with defects (while other Realtors try to feign ignorance) - a true "agent" of your interests.

Patient. We were not "easy" clients, but she was extremely patient with us and decisive when it mattered. She is busy for a reason; you can have quality and cost and forgo speed, speed and quality and forgo cost, or speed and cost and forgo quality. She's a human too (a wonderful quality!), genuinely connected to the community, and has boundaries to nurture herself and family.

Highly recommended, highly effective, and very trustworthy.
