Been doing business with Cleveland for over 23 years now with nary a complaint. Of course I dealt mainly with Heather so I can honestly say that she provided professional and timely service and advice for our home, our business and our vehicles both in coverage and claim assistance. What more could you ask of a brokerage.

They neglected to remove my ex-partner from my account after they had us sign to remove them.
Told me they would call me to get a better rate for my insurance before renewing, and then my rate went up with no notice, and had to pay a fee to cancel.
They have gotten my address wrong several times, despite the fact I've told them the correct address to use for mail every time there's an issue.
If you're looking to spend too much on your insurance, and want them to not know how your policy works, or how their systems work, this is the place. Otherwise save $100 bucks and go anywhere else.

LISA DENIED MY REQUEST TO PARK MY OWN VEHICLE NOW HEATHER IS TRUING TO PROVIDE REASONS. C.C Cleveland brokerage doesn’t even know how to take a payment properly. WHO OWNS THIS PLACE.
FIX MY ACCOUNT. MY UNCLE IS A LAWYER AND I WILL BE PROCEEDING WITH LEGAL ACTION. ALL I WANTED WAS TO PROCEED CIVIL WAY BUT NO ONE AT THIS OFFICE IS LISTENING.

I used to use CC Cleveland and was very happy with their service. Recently both my daughter and I left messaes for a quote for her new insurance. We have each received a call back from CC Cleveland where the caller hung up as soon as we answered.

Fantastic service! Albeit; With hours of business of my long time/this insurance broker restricted to closing before my work day is completed, I find it difficult to pay my insurance premiums without the ability to do so by on-line banking. I have voiced this fact previously. Surely there is another way to timely pay, without taking unpaid time-off from my employer to do so? The only other option appears to be sending a snail-mail reply via post, including my credit card information. I'm not good with that. I always pay in advance, given the opportunity to do so.
