What an awful company! They keep calling me (fyi their numbers are marked as scam) for a debt I still owe to Virgin. However, I have emails, phone records, and proof of account that I owe 0$. However, this CBV company still believes I owe them money. And when I ask for proof they give 0 evidence, nor do they let you speak to a supervisor. Also, they don't even introduce themselves on the phone. I really hope this company dissolves because they are straight up god awful! They need to really think their business model...STOP CALLING ME!

I started getting calls from them over a year ago - leaving messages looking for someone I don't kow. When I returned hteir call and asked for clarity, I was continously hung up on. Finally reaced someone today and they stated that the person they were trying to reach used to have my phone number. I tild them I've has this phone number for over a decade and that it was impossible. They said I was lying and was covering up for the person who owed money. I asked them to remove my number from their system, and if I receive another call, I will clasify it as harassment and work thru thr proper channels. They stated tehy removed my number from their system. We shall see what happens.

So sick of blocking their numbers which come up as spam. No one answers either and then when I ask who’s calling they refuse to say they work for this company. I don’t even have a single outstanding debt so not sure why a collections agency would even call me but it’s definitely spam.

contact you on behalf of the same creditor more than three times in a 7 day period, without your consent. call on a statutory holiday. call on Sunday, except between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m.

Y'all should follow your own acts of practice when calling someone over 10 times in one week. Then to act stupid about it when someone brings it up to you.

This service is a complete scam. Nothing about it makes sense — their main goal seems to be getting your money without delivering any real value. On top of that, the customer service is terrible. Representatives are unhelpful, unprofessional, and difficult to understand due to heavy accents and poor communication skills. I’ve never felt more frustrated dealing with a company. I tried to get assistance multiple times, but instead of helping, they gave me the runaround or just repeated the same useless script. Avoid this company at all costs — it’s a waste of time, energy, and money.

I have been harassed by his company for at least 7 years about a debt with Telus that I do not owe or have you ever been with. I am on CCP disability for blindness and they are continually harassing me calling up to six times per day. I even called Telus to see if there was an account and they said no there's never been account. I cannot believe this company is harassing the disabled. Then when I did talk to a lady she started screaming at me to tell me to pay my debt to pay my debt pay my debt and then hung up on me. My next step is to get a hold of the lawyer and file charges for harassment.

Trashy people. Zero respect. Just want to demand demand demand. All this after I told them I'm not the one whom they are calling for. Told them this is my number and person in question does not own this number but the said. We will keep calling untill we reach said person.
